1. Ownership of AI Models

All underlying AI models, digital avatars, base likenesses, and proprietary rendering workflows featured on the AII Agency platform remain the exclusive intellectual property of AII Agency. The hiring of a digital ambassador does not transfer ownership of the underlying IP to the client.

2. Client Usage Rights

Upon delivery of commissioned assets (images, video, or social media content), the client is granted a commercial license to use the deliverables strictly within the scope, duration, and platforms outlined in the agreed-upon project brief. Assets may not be manipulated or resold without explicit written consent.

3. Custom Digital Twins

For fully bespoke digital twins built explicitly for a single brand, ownership and exclusivity rights will be governed by a separate Custom Creation Agreement. Unless full IP buyout is stated in that agreement, AII Agency retains the right to the base technical framework used to generate the twin.

4. Infringement Notification

We respect the intellectual property of others and expect our clients to do the same. If you believe your copyrighted work has been reproduced or generated by our models in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our team with a detailed written notice including proof of ownership.
